- You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites. Do not crop out/draw over watermarks.
- You will only receive the digital art file. Not the printed art.
- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks. If you wish to keep it private it will add to your payment.
-Depending on your position on queue your commission could take around a week to a month. Feel free to ask how long it might take I will give you a rough estimate. If your commission will take longer than expected due to life happening I will let you know.

Payment

- Payments are only accepted in USD and currently only accepted using Paypal Invoice.
-You may be upcharged to pay the price of fees taken from paypal.
- All payments are paid upfront. NON REFUNDABLE and No cancellations once I start the commission.
- I will not start the commission until I receive payment if you wish to recieve a rough sketch beforehand as proofs before you pay I can.
- If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.

Editing/Work Progress

Commissioner will receive a rough sketch for approval. Please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the artwork. If you request it I can keep you updated on the different stages of the commission.
Please also keep aware that I offer a limited amount of edits during the sketch phase. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/ change, please don’t list it.
If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You will always receive the PNG file of your artwork.

As well as I promise to not request any chargeback once the artwork is finished.

• Reference: (You can use a picture reference collage of facial/hair/pose/body references if you please. I've had people use pinterest boards or a very detailed description. Or previous commissions drawn of your character.)
• Commission Type: (A good example would be: I would like a fullbody fullcolor with 2added characters!)
• Background: ( None / Simple / Complex / Transparent / Any elements you want included..?)
• Other: (Anything you think is useful for me to know. Such as character personality and important details or if you have a priority order.)

You can order a priority commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline. The priority fee is up to 70% of the base price.I do currently accept NSFW commissions. Please ask for examples if you wish.
